I chose this hotel because it was 2 blocks from the Federal Building. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean.

Expedia trip.

I had NO issues with the Hampton inn in downtown Cleveland. But I’ll be dam*ed if I ever use Expedia ever again. First, they booked us at the WRONG Hampton inn. Second, they charged me a $39 penalty fee for changing to the RIGHT hotel. Plus the right Hotel was more expensive. The price I needed to pay was $40 more than the online listed price. Third, I could NOT change my hotels with the Hampton inn. Hampton told me that since I booked with Expedia, I would have to change my booking with Expedia and not with Hampton. I will NEVER use Expedia again. EVER. THEY are schjit as far as I’m Concerned. On a scale of one to ten, Hampton was a 9. On a scale of one to ten, Expedia was a negative 5.

Valet service was helpful and nice staff, hotel staff was courteous and friendly. Room was very clean and tidy!! Excellent location to all events and attractions!! Would totally stay again!!

Pros: This is in a good location and it was quiet.
Cons: I would improve the valet staff to be more professional and at least greet the customer by saying hello.
Location: Good location plenty of thing to do
The stay was very nice, quiet and pleasant,and in a good location. The valet staff could be more professional. There should possibly be security outside the main entrance because, when we arrived back from a night out,on the town, there were people outside the front entrance smoking marijuana.

Great downtown location

Pros: Location
Cons: Pool is always nice to have
Location: Downtown, close to all sports venues and rock and roll hall of fame
We were there for the football game and the hotel is only a 10 min walk to the stadium and the rock and roll hall of fame. Great downtown hotel.

Lovely, spacious, clean room. The staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfasts exceeded our expectation. Excellent location as well!

Noisy experience

Pros: Location
Cons: Not really sure since this is due to other hotel occupants, and some noise is definitely to be expected.
Location: In the heart of downtown, literally walked to the Quicken Loans Arena for a Cavs game.
They told us that when we booked the room they were sold out so we had to stay in a handicap accessible room, not a big deal as the only difference was the bathroom and shower accesses. But the room was directly cross from the elevator, which made for a very noisy stay. 11pm the night of check in it was as if someone was bowling in the room above us and that lasted for about an hour or so. The bed wasn't very comfortable for this to be a Hilton brand hotel, bed was too firm and the pillows were small and flat. Next morning at 5:30 am people are starting to leave to check out and they have their kids in the hallway whining and crying because its so early, banging the hotel cart on the elevator door and walls. Needless to say after about 15 minutes we are now fully awake after being up late due to the noise from the night before. So I guess if you don't mind too much noise and don't plan to sleep too much, then this place is for you.

Nice, quite, clean. Close to local bars. Great for the browns game. Only 10 minute walk from stadium and valet is $28 a day.
