Cool hotel in the heart of Cleveland

Posted Oct 20, 2017
Pros: Unique "arcade," beautiful, nicely decorated and spacious room, nice location.
Cons: Maybe some advance communication about finding the hotel, valet parking, etc.
Loved our beautiful, clean and spacious room in this cool hotel within the "arcade." The hotel was a little hard to find at first, but the valet parking went smoothly and staff were all friendly and helpful. The funky elevators took some getting used to - you need a key card to run at least one of them - and we had to learn to use the one at the other end of the building to get to our room. Discovered the neighborhood on the Euclid side of the hotel on the morning we were leaving - cool, with a "House of Blues" I would have liked to visit the night before if I had seen it. We were able to walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (maybe a 20 minute walk). Enjoyed coffee and delicious breakfast baked goods in the attached coffee shop in the morning.

Nice hotel but detail goes a long way.

Pee stains on the corners of the toilet seat. Carpet wasn't vacuumed for more than a week. Dusting goes a long way, maybe a lack of 1.5-2 weeks without.

Nice hotel, not a fan of the parking

Posted Oct 12, 2017
My wife and I loved the hotel, for the most part. I'm not a fan of off-site parking. I don't like knowing that my car is parked a few blocks away in case I forget something. But apart from that, it was a nice set-up, the staff was very friendly and the location was fantastic: walking distance to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Quicken Loans Arena and Progressive Field. Would absolutely recommend to anyone hoping to go to Cleveland!

Cleveland Never Disappoints

Posted Oct 1, 2017
Pros: Location, amenities, staff, dining options.
Cons: Overall cleanliness. The fire exit sign was on the ground, not the best greeting. There were hairs on the top of the bedding, but not in the sheets.
Location: Great food and very close to sports arenas!
Great location and the staff was amazing. Alternative dining options on site which is always nice when staying in a hotel because we all know how expensive it can getl. Aside from that it's also downtown so there was no shortage of places to explore.

Hotel has many issues

Posted Sep 25, 2017
Pros: I was not pleased with this Hotel
Cons: Many things need to be improved.
Location: The location was good
The Hotel has issues with elevators, security, and there is a noise factor that they do not tell you about until you get there.

Walking distance to many attractions

Posted Sep 24, 2017
Pros: Beauty, history and character
Cons: Band in an open area, may not be for all guests.
Location: Rock & Roll Hall of fame, great restaurants, concerts, football & baseball
Historic hotel with a modern updates. Friendly staff. Beautiful hotel with all rooms opening to an atrium. There was a wedding booked in the hotel Saturday night. Band was loud an echoed through the atrium and into the rooms, but they shut down at 11pm. Noise was not a problem for us, but could have been for someone with an early flight.
