Nice hotel

Our stay was good. It's clean but very expensive for what you get and have to pay extra for parking.

Great Hotel

Pros: Very clean, great amenities, great location
Cons: nothing
Location: Downtown Colorado Springs, great restaurants, shopping, night life, walking trails, minutes away from the mountains
We needed a room for one night due to home renovations and we booked the hotel same day at a great price. Mike took care of us as soon as we walked in. We ate at the bar in the hotel amazing food and our waiter Mike was amazing also and had great recommendations. Highly recommended hotel in Downtown Colorado Springs.

Not impressed

Pros: Staff, pool area
Cons: Parking was confusing
My room view was of the heat, air and ventilation system. Went to the front desk and ask for a change-clerk was very nice and helpful. Shower didn't work and maintenance had to fix. Pool and hot tub area was very nice. Cost was over $200., Absolutely not worth it.

Nice hotel in great location!

Overall I was very pleased with this hotel. I really enjoyed the Piccadilly Bar- great food, drinks and service! The room was nice, but air conditioning could have been better! I slept really well in the very comfortable bed. Staff and location were fantastic and I would stay here again.

My husband and I joked on the way up to the room that our view was probably the garage and sure enough, we get to the room and our view is the roof top of the garage. Considering the hotel was not full and I booked months in advance it would have been nice to have a room with a decent view. Certainly not the end of the world by any means! The room was clean and decent but considering how much we paid I would have thought the room would have been a little more updated. Staff was friendly and we really had no major issues.

Great Heritage Hotel in the center of town

Terrific staff, great hotel with a heritage feel but completely undated to modern touches. Close to the quaint shops and restaurants within walking distance from the front door. Note that downtown Colorado Springs has a larger population of homeless than the newer parts or the city (north and northwest) it can be somewhat uncomfortable especially for families. Quite a contrast to the beautiful mountains seeing dozens of homeless walking in and out of parks and up to the main highway to panhandle.

Excellent Place for a Staycation

The room was clean and relaxing to be in. I couldn't hear any other guest. There were standard size shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided in the bathroom!!!!! And the shower pressure was amazing. Hotel is within walking distance of downtown. The front desk staff and valet were extremely polite and easy to talk to. The only complaint I have is with room service. When calling the room service department I was put on hold twice for a very long time. Then hung up on. But the food was excellent. I will definitely refer The Antlers to friends and family.

Would not give this hotel1 star

Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Give your guests coffee at all times FREE in the lobby. Don't make guests pay for parking and EVERYTHING other hotels give for free
Location: LOTS of banks, otherwise you have to drive to do something
Terrible experience. NO coffee until 6am and then you have to pay for it, unless you make it in your room and wake up anyone else along with you. And the room coffee was awful, terrible bitter junk. Staff is useless, said there was no place I could even drive to in order to get a coffee. Funny DK was just a few miles away and open. No shower gel or shampoo in containers, you have to ask for it, you ,at or may not get it. 1 set of towels for 2 people, again you have to ask for more. No shelter for smokers, I was accosted by homeless 3 times while outside the hotel.

Average hotel

Pros: Comfy beds
Cons: Internet, staffing and cleanliness
Location: Lots of restaurants to walk to
Room could have been cleaner. Also, every time i dialed the staff to place an order for room service, it would connect me with a different dept or operator. Also, the wireless internet didn't work for 2 out of the 3 days I was there

Paying for parking

Paying for parking should be built into the price. I did not like having to figure in additional charges after paying
