The guy at the reception was very hostile and polite. Room flooring bathroom appliances were good. The sofa was dirty, mattress blankets pillow was uncomfortable and dirty .

The room was very unclean. There was what appeared to be a smear of dried blood on the floor. The comforter and sheets where covered in stains that seemed to be dried bodily fluids. There were large amounts of long hair in the bed. It was quite gross. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Simply awful, worst room and facility I have seen (perhaps ever). Towels were dirty and unusable, carpet filthy, sheets damp to the touch, 46 degrees in the room and the heater didn’t work. I fixed the toilet seat myself, as it had fallen off its hinge and was lying on the floor. The elevator surfaces were covered in some unknowable white liquid (bleach by the smell - I hope?), about the scariest situation I’ve seen. My son was with me, and I kindly requested a refund from the desk employee. He refused, even though I had only been there for 10 minutes. Once I finally gave up our fruitless discussion at the front desk, I went to the “room” to retrieve our things and head to a safe space. The employee followed us at a distance, opening the door (after about 30 seconds), apparently to make sure we had left. I asked him for one minute to gather our things and get out of the room. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. And I paid for it! If there were fewer than zero stars I could give this place an accurate rating. Avoid.

No bath linens at all. When I did walk to front desk and get them they were dirty. None of the electrical outlets works. One pillow didn’t even have a pillow case on it.

Poor maintenance. Unfriendly staff . They gave me key to room which didn’t work . I had to go back to lobby three times finally one of staff guy came upstairs to look . Door handle was broken and they called maintenance guy who took one hour to fix it . Manager didn’t have courtesy to offer me alternative room but he was quick to charge me for early check in fee . There was no soap or toiletries in room . I requested to front desk , they said they will send but didn’t happen . Then I asked maintenance guy who went and got it . Room sofa was awe full, towels were stained . Only good thing was comfortable bed .
