The room seemed dingy compared to every other Hamptons I have ever stayed in. Also the only mirror in the entire room was in the bathroom and there was no full length mirror (this made it difficult for more than one person to get ready in that room). How is that possible in any hotel room let alone one that cost almost $300 per night? The bed was very comfortable and the towels were soft, but I would not spend that much to stay there again.

The hotel charged us for the room even though it was prepaid through hotels.com have still not received payment back yet!

Absolutely the best customer service!!! Everyone said, 'good morning' and were pleasant. You were instantly welcomed with a smiling face! I would definitely return on the cirsotmer service alone!

Asia at the front desk provided a very warm welcome and a free upgrade to our group, which included two parents, two elementary school aged kids, and a newborn. The breakfast is the best I've ever had a hotel and everyone we met was very kind. Valet parking was unexpected but very efficient and the valets worked hard to keep our kiddos out of the rain. My new favorite hotel in Columbus!
