Pros: Comfort, cleanliness and friendliness.
Cons: Service at the restaurant was quite slow.
We stayed here during the Arnold Sports Festival and had an excellent time. The rooms were clean and modern, the staff was friendly, and the food in the Burger Theory restaurant was good but a little slow. I'd recommend this hotel.

Hotel has no real amenities. “Business center” was a couple of computers on a table in the lobby. No quiet, no privacy, no hope of getting anything done there. Elevators take forever to arrive no matter the time of day. No free breakfast or even coffee in the lobby like most Holiday Inns and similar price point hotels that I have stayed at. The room was clean. The shower head leaked profusely and if you didn’t watch it, would soak the towel rack, wall, and toilet. When I asked to have some extra toiletries brought to my room, I was told I would have to come get them. When I left a note (and tip) asking housekeeping for more toiletries, they took the note (and tip) but left no extra toiletries. When I checked out I was told they could not give me a receipt or folio because I booked with Expedia. They actually complained about Expedia when I checked in as well. Every time I asked for something, (granted they were little things) this hotel didn’t miss a chance to disappoint. I won’t be staying here again. They obviously don’t appreciate your business.

The room looks like it was refinished, but the bathroom had items that needed attention like peeling paint and caulk. It did not affect my experience, just something I noticed. It's not like I'm living here.

This is my second time in two months staying here for a business trip. Overall it’s a centrally located hotel with a nice restaurant and bar and really friendly staff. This stay I am disappointed with the the room. The toilet was not cleaned and there are stains on the pillow case and on the bathroom counter and desktop. Since I’m only here for one night, I didn’t bother contacting the front desk. Hoping it is just an oversight.

We paid in advance for a room and when we checked in they told us there was no running water. We were directed to the parking lot to use to outdoor port a pots. They had our phone number and should have called in advance to let us know. How can you operate in downtown Columbus without water and sewer!

I was attending a business conference in downtown Columbus. This hotel was in a good location, clean and the staff did an excellent job. There is nothing elaborate about this hotel yet it and the staff meet all my needs for a business trip. There is a $12 per day parking charge that I was not aware of at the time of booking.

The first room we had didn't have heat and was 60 degrees, we asked to be switched to another room. When we moved out things to the next room it was full of things kind of like a storage room. Again back down to sort out a mess. Finally got to the third room and it was ok. All that hassle for one night stay.

Nice facility, clean but small room. Bed and pillows were wonderful! Extremely quiet. Small room was OK because it was our free night when booking 10. Thank you Hotels.com. The only kink in stay- we were told by one CSR the hotel shuttle would drop us at The Ohio Theatre if we reported to the lobby at 5:15. Upon arrival at Lobby, another CSR said it wasn't available. Will continue to use when in Columbus.
