Great hotel

Pros: Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, restaurant was great and the wait staff was superior.
Location: N/A. I was here on business.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Registration was fast and checkout was great too!

No free Wifi was disappointing

Hôtel looks very Nice. Well situated in Town. Spacious room nicely furnished but fourniture shows signs of nicts and thucks here and there. Bed very confortable and sheets soft. Towels smelled nice. But shower door kept sliding and opening while in shower. In brief, the hôtel wants and tries to be luxuous.

Perfect 1st anniversary!!!

My husband and I were married at The Renaissance Columbus and decided to celebrate our first anniversary by staying there for then weekend. When the front desk staff heard about the occasion, our suite was upgraded to the presidential suite!! The staff and hotel were absolutely amazing on our wedding day, and this stay proved to be just as wonderful.
