ONLY STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE TO

Pros: Location. Decent Gym
Cons: Everything
Location: Good location
Very tiny rooms. I just missed my bed when opening door. Very noisy at night. Lots of homeless people around entrance and having breakfast in the morning "IN THE HOTEL."

The hotel was great. Valet was not.

I stayed two nights here recently and while the hotel and its employees were great, I got home to Oklahoma only to find out one of the valet boys had stolen something out of my car. It was a gift I just bought my husband and I had left it in my front seat. When I picked my car up the bag was still there. I drove all the way home and brought the bag in to surprise my husband and the item was no longer in it. Very disappointed.

Convenient Location

Pros: Location.
Cons: Room size and condition.
Location: Trolley stops and visitor information within a block.
Location was central to Downtown and the staff was helpful. Complimentary breakfast was varied and tasty. The rooms however, were ridiculously small. No place but the bed to open your suitcase. Bathrooms look to have been refurbished and were nice, but the sliding door to the bathroom was really heavy and difficult to move. Not likely to return.

Close to JFK museum

Enjoyed our stay here; valet service was seamless. Great staff and morning snacks. Not so much a complaint, but I would have liked the rooms to have had more space.

Small Rooms

We found the rooms were so small we had to step out to change our minds.. Other tha N room size all was good

Clean safe hotel dallas downtown

Not a lot in centre of downtown but hotel is well situated for restaraunts and bars, hard rock bar and dicks bar in walking distance. Interstate access few blocks away as well as mcdonalds,subway and diners etc.

Staff was amazing!

This was a great hotel! The staff was amazing! Every time we walked in the said hello. It was like we were friends. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. Kinda small space but I would stay again!

Hotel feedback

Pros: literally 2 blocks from JFK memorial, hot breafast included in room rate (pretty decent, but limited), modern rooms, comfy beds, and a very friendly staff. Cons: Lobby smells like kitty litter, $25/day parking fee is excessive, barn-style sliding doors on room bathrooms save space but give everyone an awkward listening session when having to go #2, rooms that were not overly clean (ants visible in room & debris on floors that should have been swept/mopped), being woke up at 6:30 am by the construction workers renovating the aforementioned $25/day parking ramp connected to building, and maintenance walking into our room (twice) with my wife exposed while pumping for our 6 mo. old son. I addressed my room cleanliness issues with the manager (Demetrius?) and he was extremely professional and reimbursed part of our stay to make things right. We paid about 1/2 the price we would pay at the Omni just down the road, but in this case we felt we "got what we paid for" in regards to the cons mentioned above. Just a little disappointed, and will look elsewhere next year. Again, staff was very friendly.
