Served our needs very well, for when we are downtown. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs, very convenient. Hotel parking was pretty steep for overnight parking. Thanks.

Definitely Would Stay Here Again!

Pros: I really enjoyed the politeness of the valet staff, and their willingness to attend to our shuttle/car retrieval needs as quickly as possible.
Cons: Speed of service in multiple areas
Location: 16th Street Mall is close, as is a variety of great restaurants and museums. Plenty of attractions within walking distance including Coors Field.
This was a very pleasant stay! The hotel itself has a ton of amenities including a Starbucks (a jackpot for my grandfather who drove from Pueblo to stay a night while we visited for the Rockies game) and a restaurant on the bottom floor. The hotel staff when we arrived were very friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The lobby was very clean, as were the elevators and hallways to our room. Our room was spotless upon arrival. I did however request fresh sheets (I've seen too many new exposes where they discover sheets in even the nicest hotels had not been changed in-between guests) as soon as we got to our room. It was not a particularly busy time of evening in terms of check-ins and what have you, but it took the staff over an hour to get fresh sheets to us. The valet staff were the ones who stood out most in terms of service. They were very efficient and friendly. They even shuttled us to Coors Field in a pinch. The morning we checked out, we ate down at Prospects, the restaurant in the hotel. They had excellent food, but the service was slow for the place being only halfway occupied. Over all, we will definitely stay here in the future, but we will expect service to be slow.

Best Hotel ever!

Excellent hotel with excellent staff at an excellent location, and the best at a great price. Will definitely go again. Only a small issue which they resolved immediately. The room was a nonsmoking but it seemed it was smoking strong smoking smell. They brought a noisy machine ad dangerous to look at, but was resolved. Thank you Denver Marriott City Center!

Very nice hotel! Walking distance to everything downtown. They were quick turnover on rooms and allowed me to check in a little early which was nice!

Nice hotel & great staff. I stayed two weeks prior - and both instances the room had dust bunnies. On this go my room was missing furniture. They replaced the couch with a little wood bench ... not a good substitute. The valet struggles during busy times - 20 minute wait to get my car. the restaurant and bar was nice. All in all a good, solid experience, but not great.

Plumbing went down first night I was there. No water to shower with. Would have been nice to have price adjusted, since this a common expectation or room upgrade etc. Nothing was offered:/.

Clean hotel friendly staff, good quiet stay

Hotel was great, disappointed in the $75+ Fees so hotel was significantly more expensive than originally booked but other than that it was a great stay.

Staff was nice and great location, however the bed frame had dust bunnies falling off of it and the mini frig was defrosted and filled with water.

Nice location

Stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came to make up our room or replace towels. Asked to check out late and was only given 30 minutes.
