Great location, wonderfully comfortable stay

Pros: Decor, clean rooms, big comfy bed
Cons: More variety on room service menu
Location: Easy walking to restaurants, shopping, and other hotels.
Stayed here for a business trip and it was centrally located, easy walk to restaurants and conference centers. Comfortable bed, loved being able to hook up Netflix on the TV, enjoyed the bathroom. Super friendly staff in the restaurant and I loved the fireplaces everywhere in the lobby and restaurant, made everything feel cozy. I looked forward to coming back to my king size bed each night!

Good location downtown

Terrible!! My room key card failed to work in the elevator and for my room. Elevators where not working. One morning I️ waited 15 minutes for an elevator

Close enough to walk to the Performing Arts Center

Pros: Location. Contains a Starbucks.
Cons: The coffee in the room was terrible, but we just went down to Starbucks.
Location: Near the 16th St Mall, many restaurants close by. Walkable to the performing Arts Center.
Good hotel, close enough to the Performing Arts Center for a brisk walk! We received free internet, which is always a plus.

Denver downtown hotel

Arrived on new motorcycle. Valet didn’t want me to stop for more than 30 seconds before insisting I go park at parkade down the street. I had to remind them angrily that I was checking in to THEIR hotel and I needed 2 minutes to unload my luggage Otherwise hotel was average for the area Other negatives were No onsite store selling toiletries snacks etc. Hotel staff advised to go to 7-11 a block away which is very unusual for a large hotel Starbucks in the hotel had very limited hours - closed Saturday afternoon

Hotel is right in the center of Denver. Staff are Professional and Polite. Room was clean but small. Bathroom was very small but clean. My wife and I had barley any room to move. If location is your is what you are looking for this is your place. If you are traveling alone this is your hotel. If there’s more than one person hope you don’t mind being close to each other all the time.

Good location and easy walk to everything. Very nice hotel and staff. We would have appreciated having water in the room so that we did not have to go downstairs and purchase it. We will definitely stay again.

Served our needs very well, for when we are downtown. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs, very convenient. Hotel parking was pretty steep for overnight parking. Thanks.
