What we liked was the proximity to the event center, and what we didn't like was the breakfast, in part due to COVID 19 restrictions.

We had a problem with our room, so they put us in a King Sized suite which was really nice at no extra charge. Cleanest and friendliest chain of hotels that we have ever stayed in. Whenever we travel, this chain is our number 1choice.

The front desk agent barely gave us the time of day and acted annoyed when we asked questions. She also failed to mention that their wifi and tv package was down. I think they could have done a better job explaining that before booking. Also the bed is hard, the pillows are uncomfortable and its the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in.

Brandon, I apologize for your issues at check in. I take full responsibility. It was definitely a trying time on Monday night. Originally the cable was working after the storm. I would hope that people would understand the situation as the town was without power. Of course this can cause issues with cable and internet. Crews worked very hard to get things restored as quickly as possibly. Under different circumstances I feel you would of enjoyed your stay with us.
