An OK, but not great

Overall good experience, but poorly flushing toilet is not something which leaves good memory of the hotel :-( For the price, I expected little bit more.

Nice hotel

Exactly what I would expect when staying at a Hilton hotel. Very clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Nice hotel bar and plenty of awesome dining and entertainment close by. They have a nice selection of drinks and snacks available for purchase in the lobby, nice to have sometimes when getting in late. This is our go to hotel whenever we stay in Fort Worth.

A piece of history

Pros: Clean and comfortable room. Close to everything. Sense of pride staying in such a significant place.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Ten minutes to the stockyards and a few blocks from sundance square.
A beautiful hotel that we didn’t know had such an important part in American history. Staff are so nice and helpful especially Mike. This is the best choice to stay in Fort Worth.

New Years Eve Staycatiom

Spent a lovely New Years Eve at Fort Worth’s Downtown Hilton a great classic hotel. Had dinner at Grace before heading to the Bass Performance Hall for a year end concert with the FWSO. All within a few blocks of Sundance Square.

Hotel is Valet Only which is bad

Cons: Valet and customer service
Location: walking distance to everything in downtown fort worth- sundance Square, clubs, restaurants and bars.
While this hotel is great, downtown and fabulous service/comfort the ONE MAJOR issue and it is- only valet parking. No self parking . why is this bad? Well when the hotel has an event -party or wedding this makes it really difficult to check in and get to the hotel. We went to stay on a Saturday night for some fun in Ft. Worth. We arrived around 6pm and found that there were police at the street entrance to the hotel and would not let us in- kept telling us we could not go to the valet even when we told them we were hotel guests. I called the hotel and the front desk person did not believe me, horrible customer service, did not give me an option for where else to park. She just told us that there was a special event and I should be able to get in line for valet and check in shortly. Went around the block and 40 minutes we sat and never got in. I called back and told her we were going to get dinner and try later because at this point why am I staying here? We The valet was backed up around 8th and commerce to the convention center- that was their only solution for me to check in. While I got apologies later at the desk and validation when another person checking in called to complain, it ruined our night. I wanted to get in and rest , go have dinner, enjoy the sights and that was all for nothing. what if we had theater ticket? What kind of hotel doesn't accommodate for their large parties when they know its going to make it impossible for other guests to check in?

Nice hotel, god awful noise every ten minutes

We are just trying to relax and there is a god awe full noise every ten minutes. Sound like someone falling through the ceiling in the closet. I’m about to call the front desk and complain. I never complain but for the price I’m paying I am very disappointed
