Great location

Pros: Staff! Spacious rooms!
Cons: The air conditioning could be improved. The room never really cooled off the way we wanted.
Location: Downtown on Main Street, across the street from the convention center. Tons of restaurants, bars and shops. A quick cab ride to the Stockyards.
Interesting history with this hotel, good location,quiet rooms, friendly staff and clean rooms.

Exceeded expectation in the heart of FW!

Pros: Location
Cons: Don't change a thing
Location: Walk to the square... convention center right there as well. Stock yard is near by as well and plenty to do at night.
It was great! Concierges really helpful. She even filed our cooler with ice! Breakfast was great and quick. Front desk was great and made some updates to our reservations at check-in as we were missing a night. Highly recommend.

The male concergie tried to push

To push a personal friend to drive us around and all we wanted was a legitimate taxi person.. he was not polite and did not represent the hotel well at all!!

Older hotel with grand lobby. Bathrooms very dark, poor layout and colour choices. Bed comfy and room was clean.

Not a good stay

The hotel room was hot the hole time I was there. The ac rattled all night the room was cleaned but did not get any new towels and my credit card was charged multiple times with out me saying yes it could be the only reason I knew it was being charged is because the bank called me

Was disappointed there wasn't a pool, but it was a very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the "journey ambassador" in the lobby. Valet parking was expensive though, and there was no option to park your vehicle yourself.
