Basic given cost

The hotel charged a deposit on my credit card which should not have happened The deal with Expedia was no payment on booking When i queried this on checking in I was told the charge was reversed within 15 days I have no record of any credit on my card On checking out and paying with a different credit card to the one I used to secure the booking I was told the deposit had not been refunded after all A credit was supposedly then placed on the card I used to book I sm still waiting to see any refund appear on my credit card on week latet
