Close to downtown

Great experience like the view on top of the hotel, bed are very comfortable and staff friendly.

Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful, though we had to wait on a number of small things (drinking water, extra towels, etc.) and some random things were missing (e.g., coffee pot but no coffee, no bath mat). I think if they staffed up just a little bit more they would be great.

Hotel or Hourly Motel?

This seemed to be more motel to spend some hours that a good hotel. No towels, low water pressure... gives you the sense of being dirty. We assumes it was a best western brand hotel, but no. I wont recommend it.

Close to everything!

I love the location of this hotel. It is not crammed up in the middle like most. It's on a corner of a big boulevard and it gives you wash access to taxis, calandrias, and busses.

Nice hotels out there for a few bucks more

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at. The pictures from the hotel are very deceptive and do not illustrate what you get. My wife and I stayed in a room that we later found had mold and mildew in the restroom. After the first day we saw a few gnats in the restroom and removed the one by one with a sandal. The following day we found more. Everyday it seemed we had more gnats. Also, the lady that would clean the rooms would come around every morning and knock on your door for room service. I put the "do not disturb" sign and she still knocked on the door. You can also hear everything in the hall, the rooms adjacent to you and the traffic outside. Also, the elevator was annoying since it is very small and only about 4 people fit comfortably and only one elevator was in service. This made it into a long waiting game when you were coming back to the hotel to relax and have to wait until the one elevator was available. The wifi was very bad. The bandwidth was very slow even when trying to check email. Very frustrating trying to connect home to check on the house. The area is good and bad. It is close to tourist attractions but I would not recommend for a family to stay as we saw ladys of the street behind the hotel. Taxi drivers recommended staying away from the back streets that have little to no traffic. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Get a taxi to take you to the tourist sites. I don't write bad reviews, but I want to help others by sharing my experience.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

Mini vacation with friends

We arrived early, and they told us to wait until check-in time. 3pm We were ok with that, but when we did check-in, the AC made loud noises, and on our second day, we went shopping and returned at 4pm, the room was not clean, and when I when I asked about the cleaning they told me they had until 5pm sooo slow. I told they to forget cleaning our room, just give me clean towels. The next morning early, we get a knock on our door, telling us the cleaning staff was going to be late cleaning. I told her why was she knocking on our door when we were scheduled to check-out that day. Hire more cleaning staff.....

Noise

Room & restroom very small. Very noise. We can hear other guess We do not recommend this hotel. Very expensive for the room
