Very clean and comfortable room. Dowtown location very close to cathedral. Excelent restaurants near by and Uber friendly

the stay was fine. Located in the middle of town so great location. Room need a little renovation. Need help with beds( they are hard) hard to sleep comfortly on them. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean very clean.

Perfect location

Perfect location, hotel needs renovation, mattresses are too hard and the AC never worked right, all the hotel staff including restaurant are perfect.

Great location, average in room comfort

The location of the hotel is very good, though it isn't that nice to go out in the evening. Rooms are quite. Staff is helpful and nice. Mattress and bed clothing is on very bad shape.

Great location. Pleasant, friendly & accommodating

Pros: Just about everything (except the coupon). Very clean, very nice people.
Cons: The breakfast coupon distribution.
Location: Downtown, close to everything. Fabulous for visitors to GDL.
Everything just fine except having to retrieve a coupon at the front desk for breakfast each day . Why could they not just give me the coupons for my stay at check-in?
