Initially good, last days...

The booking and check in were fine. We had a 9 night stay. The first 5 days were OK, but after the 6 night we had the impression they wanted us out since we would come back from sightseeing around 5pm and the room was not done. No towlels in room, and phone was dead so we would have to go downstairs to reception to ask for towels (which they gave us 2 but they were some of the swiming pool cabana towels). Hotel is close to everything and staff was always nice. Room upkeep was are only issue.

Worst hotel in guadalajara hote super durty has rats and roaches

Cleaning service did not do a very good job of cleaning my room they always left it dirty even after they clean the room there was rat poop on my blanket

Filthy rooms

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights so that we could attend a wedding nearby. I changed rooms twice because the sheets and bathrooms were gross. Looks like nothing was cleaned and sheets were remaid without changing. Upon the third room, the sheets were stained as well , so I called a cleaning lady for assistance and she came in our room, looked at the dirty sheets, apologized and said they must have forgotten to change them. I told her that we had already changed rooms for the same reason and she said they aren't obligated to change the comforter top piece every time but the bottom sheets that go on the bed are supposed to be changed every time. That is so gross. So that means they pretty much don't change the sheets until a guest requests they be changed. The bathroom is a whole other story. Toothpaste glob in the sink, shower full of soap scum and who knows what else. I will never be staying here again.

The sliding window covers were falling down, there was black mold in all the corners of the shower and the receptionists were pretty rude . The bell boy was also very intrusive and when we decline on a service he would do it anyways , it made us feel pretty uncomfortable . On the bright side the cleaning lady was amazing , super friendly and would leave us nices notes. She noticed we would wake up late due to the time change and she would skip our room just to not wake us .

The service at restaurant was terrible, WE came in late for dinner, We ordered orange juice, They gave us old orange juice,The maid did not clean the bathroom twice, did not replace towels twice, did not leave water twice.carpet at hallways its stained everywhere.

Hotel service very bad, very old, everything dirty, beds sheets & comforters dirty and smell very bad, the towels very old and dirty smell bad overall very bad

no no and no this hotel is not good no ac in one part of the hotel the picture on the webpage is a fake and a nightclub that you can hear the music form 9 pm till 5 am come on
