Pros: Staff
Cons: DK
Location: Great location, easy access to the historical center of the city.
Helpful staff, clean facilities, small rooms and cramped bathroom. Close to everything.

Views from the top floors are incredible. There's construction going on, but we were not disappointed.

Room was very small but very clean. staff very nic

Pros: The hotel was closed to everything. restaurant, stores etc
Cons: Maybe for the future having a lockbox in the room and a refrigerator. The other issue construction closed by. I was told its going to take a year.
Location: closed to everything I wanted to see. I don't have no photos at this time.
First time in this Hotel. The only comment when I left the hotel that night I ask for a taxi. I ask the receptionist the price of the taxi 120 Mexican pesos. When we arrived at the bus station the taxi driver charged a extra 80.00 Mexican pesos. I wasn't to happy. To all my fellow travelers be careful. always ask first the taxi driver how much is the fare. My only complain was the taxi driver.

Cockroaches and Bedbugs !

Posted Jul 3, 2017
Pros: staff are friendly and at least.
Location: great location.
This place is disgusting, bedbugs and small cockroaches every where !!! ... location is great but the rooms are a nightmare ! we went to the market to get bugs spray and that it was how we handled it, we knew a new room will not fix the problem. but never again we will stay here...

Great value.

We stayed two nights and crammed a family of 5 into two "full size" beds. Wife & I in one and three kids (ages 14,13 & 8) in the other. The booking agent at hotels.com assured us it would be no problem and that the hotel would provide a roll-away bed. Upon arrival, hotel informed us that they could not provide an extra bed because there was not enough space anyway for one. There was not extra charge for 5th person. A bit cramped, but not a big deal. AC in the room was ice-cold in the sweltering heat of June. Great service and continental breakfast included for all 5 of us. Hotel was very accommodating and reasonably priced. Rooftop terrace is large and had great views of the city, as long as you looked past the construction zone. The only downside was the construction along Av. 16 de Septiembre for which the street was closed. Getting to the one tiny entrance felt a bit "risky" at night because of the dark corridors created by the street closure. And, I would not want to be in the hotel in case of an emergency evacuation given the small (and perhaps only) entrance to the hotel. Still had a great stay and giving it 5 stars.
