enjoying Guayaquil

2 days visiting Guayaquil , enjoyed the sites, hotel was nice and clean, room was large and my wife loved the bath tub.

Conveniently located but on a busy street

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast was horrible.
Location: It was on a busy street, convenient to shopping. The price is lower than most so I saved quite a few dollars by staying here. I would rate it OK .
Had to change rooms once because the first one was very dirty. Second one was passable. Rooms are small but adequate. Would be nice if they added a few more amenities like a mini fridge. Only one outlet for a phone or I pad but the light was plugged into it. They had to bring me a very outdated extension cord that looked dangerous. If you like street noise while you are sleeping this is the place for you.

Nothing in this hotel is done whole heartedly , breakfast is very basic , I asked for an omelette and the supervisor started shouting at the staff and wanted to know who was going to pay for it. There is no bar in the hotel , there is no restaurant in the hotel . Cockroaches in the breakfast area welcomed me on my first day

It was unfortunate, although there was a restaurant it wasn't open! This meant we had to go out, after long journey for lunch and then again in the evening. The bar was also closed. There was very little in the mini bar, although advertised as being well stocked.... disappointing!

Great Service, super clean but very small

The service was 5 star and the rooms were spotless. I had thought I was getting an amazing discount from hotel.com however was disappointed in the size of the room. The tub was so,high that it would be extremely difficulty to get into it for a shower for a senior. Another problem was way to few electric outlet. Had to undo the fridge to plug in my phone and computer. The breakfast was very nice and included in the price. A little pricey even with the discount

It's a nice and convenient hotel

It was very convenient to use is in the center of the city close to actually everything we need,transportation , restaurants , shopping stores etc.

Had to play the "hotel game"... first room had no hot water, second room the A/C did not work well, third room was OK. Staff told me there was little maintenance and many rooms had things that were not right. For the price there are many better in Guayaquil.
