Hotel was close the the convention center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even had snacks for those of us running in the half marathon.

Ready to run

I stayed here for the Aramco half marathon. There was no complimentary coffee and the Starbucks on site was not prepared for the guests in the morning. I was annoyed when the front desk didn’t even have cocoa because they did the day before.

Great location. Near restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and always available to assist you. Valet parking was quick and never had to wait.

Excellent hotel! Great price, wonderful staff, and very nice, clean rooms. I plan to stay here every time I visit the area.

The hotel does not have self pkg and the valet was $30 per day, only optionso it came out expensive.

Terrible service.

Terrible. I arrived at 9:30pm and was told their was no room available, although the the room was guaranteed by Expedia. I was transferred to a same chain hotel at a location 15 minutes drive away. It took 25 min. for them to get a taxi to take me there. Worst service I ever experienced among 30 years travel experience.

Yes I understand that there was a playoff game in town, but they were not organized, check in was not at the time the told us, and it took way to long. The room seemed to be clean, until I noticed a lot of hair on the bathroom floor that clearly was not mine. In all it wasn’t the best.

A good hotel - clean and in an area where you can walk to dinner. My only problem - the outlet near the mirror didn't work (for drying hair). The housekeeper told me that's a common problem in the rooms. Otherwise, a good stay. Gym and pool were nice.
