Staff was excellent. Food was great. Only thing I’d say is that their main bar/restaurant opens too late, they had an amazing chicken sandwich I was craving after only having it once. Great stat. Would recommend this hotel
5 minutes walking of Toyota center, if you will go to any concert or event, this Hilton is your best option.
The only thing that I don liked was that they have only one mexican restaurant that is not good, they have one starbucks but closes early from monday to tuesday.
Really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Super close to the Toyota Center, restaurants, the stadium, and a lot of great places downtown. Clean rooms and super helpful staff.
The hotel is good but too pricey for some of the amenities. Continental breakfast shouldn’t be 30 dollars per person. The pricey room should include continental breakfast, if anything.

Property was close to Toyota center and nice walking park across the street. The front desk staff were rude and need a course in customer service. Lastly, the shower stall was full of mold, it seemed that they hadn’t scrubbed/cleaned it in weeks

I have stayed there every year for volleyball tournaments once a year. So this is like my 5th time to stay here in about 5 years. After staying here each year seems like it is going downhill more and more. Paying 350 a night for a room you would expect everything to be 5 star. Also I am paying with taxes and fees and not even tip 70 a day to park my car there in valet you would expect the car to be taken very care of. The room is starting to be outdated. They are at the point the rooms need to remodeled and with a full occupancy of the room at 350 a night they can afford it. Seems like they are taking too much profit and not re-investing it back into the hotel. With that being said I am not sure if there is a buy out coming on the hotel given the fact its not being re-invested in the business. They have the AC in the rooms with no fans and the AC turns off if your not moving in the room so often. I understand a lot of hotels are going to this for cost savings but at 350 a night I should be able to not have to worry about electric cost. The bathroom door is a slide door and their is no lock! I went there with my family and have two small kids so a lock is a must. Also the shower the drain was popping out and I stepped my foot into the drain twice while I was there which is a big hole. I had to fix the drain over and over and was missing screws. To top off everything the valet scraped up my entire rim on a curb and didn't even apologize or admit wrong doing.

We absolutely love Hilton Americas. It's a great place for sping break. My daughter loves the indoor pool. Mrs. Brenda at the front desk is amazing! She always greets us with a warm and welcoming smile and we look forward to seeing her every year.

Overall I felt our stay was nice, but I lost a case with chargers and when I called lost and found I felt there was no interest in locating the case, just a simple we don’t have anything.

Great location. App made check-in a breeze, especially since the front desk check in line was SUPER long. We were able to skip the line and go straight to our room using their “Digital Key” on the App. Only negative was the elevators required your room key or Digital Key to access your floor, but several of the key readers wouldn’t work leaving folks stranded waiting for another elevator.
