Great downtown location, historic bldg

Hotel is in a restored building over 100 yrs old, but the room we had was recently upgraded and was very comfortable and quiet. Located half a block away from the Monument Circle and easy walking distance to several restaurants. Everyone on the staff - the valet Parker, front desk reception, hotel maid, restaurant servers were all so friendly and professional. Nice fitness center in the lower level overlooking the indoor pool - full compliment of dumbbells, couple of benches and treadmills.

Not pleased

Hair in the bathroom, didn't like that they put a review card under my door, parking sucked, and they charged my card additional money.

Cold Pool

We came to this hotel to be able to use the indoor pool with our young children. Unfortunately, the pool's heater did not work and so the pool was freezing cold. The heater was supposedly being changed but the pool never heated up. We were extremely disappointed because the kids were so excited to use the pool and we even booked an extra night for this. The staff didn't seem to know when or if it was going to be fixed. Upon check-out they offered to pay for our food from the night before to make up for the pool's condition. It was unfortunate because otherwise, it is a nice hotel.

Downtown Indy Hotel

Even though they are currently under construction for remodeling our experience was very pleasant. Staff was great and very accommodating. Great location downtown within walking distance to many restaurants and venues.

Pros: Location
Location: great location walking distance to everything
Hotel was under construction, there was a lot of noise. The heating in the room was too hot, even when we took the heat off. I am sure it will be better once the construction is done.

Love this hotel. My fourth time staying there. Clean, friendly staff, and fantastic location. Highly recommended.
