Nice hotel in down town.

Pros: Good location, great breakfast! Convenient free self-parking
Cons: The carpet in the elevators really needs to be replaced

My son and I booked this hotel while in town for a few days. We loved the hotel-the location is great (lots of great restaurants within walking distance, convenient location), the decor and rooms were lovely & the staff was accommodating. No complaints st all! I'd stay here again, for sure.

Enjoyable

My husband and I came for a wedding. We enjoyed this hotel proximity to the center of the city. We were able to quickly go to stores downtown to complete our wedding attire. The room was very comfortable. My husband said that it was the best sleep he had in a hotel room.

Circle City Classic Weekend

Pros: The location is excellent for engaging in any downtown activity. I was in town for the Circle City Classic and the Browns/Colts game.
Cons: For the to be a 4 star hotel, not having refrigerators in the rooms is really unacceptable.
This location of this hotel is excellent. It is close to everything you need to do downtown. However, a hotel of this level (4 star) should have refrigerators in the room. They are a necessity in todays travel environment. The shoe shine guy did an excellent job of two pairs of my shoes, although I think ten dollars for a shoe shine is a bit exorbitant. Another issue I had is that during the evening, the restroom in the lobby was unavailable, so when I tried to use the one downstairs, it was locked. As a paying guest I found this to be unacceptable. My companion faced the same situation the next night. She was even erroneously told that there was a restroom on the second floor which was not the case.

Nice location, not up to standard

Pros: The beds are awesome. Great linens.
Cons: Cleanliness, include parking, wifi. Need SERIOUS maintenance.
Location: Zoo, museum, downtown fountain. mall, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance
We booked this hotel expecting much better. The only reason we booked this hotel rather than the cheaper places was because we wanted the indoor pool. Well, we should have chosen the cheaper location. Upon arrival , we were told that the parking is NOT included in our room rate which is ABSURD considering that we are paying $200 PER NIGHT!!! The only option available is to pay $40 for their parking or a lot across the street for $25 a day. You can do meter parking but it is $1.50 per hr from 7am -9pm. Also , no internet or wifi is included in the room. Once we arrived to the room, there were stains all over , head board, floors, bathroom doors and wall, and all the surfaces were very dusty. I initially was going to deal with this , but when i got a glass to get a drink of water, it tasted like I was drinking windex! I went to the front desk and told them that the room was unacceptable. I really wanted a refund but they upgraded our room to a suite which still was dusty, cracked, peeling paint and stains on the carpet. The bathroom was a bit better but very outdated. The glasses at least didn't have a windex taste to them. We left and went to dinner, came back to swim. Like I said, this was the only reason we stayed here was because they had an indoor pool. this was not too bad but there were spots that definitely needing a good cleaning. Also there was peeling , bubbling paint in this room. This would be a nice hotel if they did some maintenance.

Heart of Downtown

Hotel was great. Would have been nice to have a coffee station for guest. I understand my room has a coffee maker, but I don't like using those in my room. The room was huge, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Not used to having to pay for parking when You pay over $180 for a room. Parking was an additional $38 per night.

Nice Hotel with lots of restaurants nearby

Pros: The rooms were very nice and spacious!!
Cons: Don't charge for LOCAL phone calls!!
Very nice hotel, I only wished that the rooms had a mini fridge. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working so we had to go to another floor for ice.
