Couple of things that didn't go well with my stay. Firstly, I had requested for the quieter and higher floor room and I was provided exactly opposite. Bang opposite to the pool and on the ground floor. The room was extremely noisy till 10pm while kids and families are enjoying in the pool. To make it worse, the other end of the room was road facing and I could hear every car. Secondly I was provided an accessible room and so everything in the room was designed for the people with accessible needs. For me, everything was too low like the grab handles, the toilet seat, the shower etc. Way too inconvenient. Had requested for early check-in and I understand that while it was not guaranteed, but atleast some efforts could have made. I was given room 10 minutes before 3PM while I see that people with late checkout requests were approved. So when you allow people to checkout "late" you are bound to not let people with "early check-in". Why to disbalance ? Other than above, the property is nicely located and close to convention center. Good breakfast spread and had basic amenities in the room.

Pros - location is great right by Lucas Oil. Beds are very comfortable! Very spacious rooms. Pillows are great !! Breakfast was amazing !!! Pancakes were fluffy and tasted amazing. Coffee and hot chocolate were great. Hot tub and pool were great. Dove shampoo in the bathroom was great! Staff was great . Check in was a breeze . So was checkout. Small market in the lobby has anything you could want. Cons- only con is you have to pay to park. $25 for parking however the parking is just at the hotel easy access. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel

Paying to park on top of my room fee wasn't so great, and the pool/hot tub is closed until 10 (I like early morning tubbing)

I was charged almost double what the booking should be. They stated it was a hold for incidentals but was actually charged the full amount which is almost double what it should have been. Now I have to fight to get the money back. Smoke alarm had dead battery when we checked in and it was chirping. Had to call front desk 3 times and it was after midnight when it finally was taken care of by a security guard.

You can definitely hear the hallway noise and noise beside you if you have a joining room. Traffic noise and rescue noise since downtown. Great breakfast options and clean. Great seating areas in the lobby as well. All hotel staff was very friendly. Great stay and would definitely stay here again.
