Great Experience in Indy

Location: Close to Lucas Oil and Centre City Mall and lots of places to eat
The hotel is in a great location. It is very clean. The staff is vey friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful pool and whirlpool. We researched many hotels in Indianapolis and this was the clear winner. We highly recommend it.

Everything was great - spacious room, nice amenities, close to restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a perfect location

This is a perfect location to be in the middle of Drum Corps International's Finals Week. Beautiful views of the city or the river. There is no bad room. The only disappoint was no mini fridge in some of the rooms. It would be nice to have ice machines on each floor. It would be nice to have a microwave on each floor. The only micro and ice are on the 2nd floor. This is a major inconvenience. Top notch facilities otherwise.

Room cleaning and Valet services need improvement

Pros: Room view was fabulous.
Cons: Room cleaning.
Location: There for an event.
Stayed for 3 nights. Each day we returned to room in late afternoon, room was not cleaned. Had to call front desk to make this happen. Also, went to retrieve our car from valet, waited over 20 minutes. Asked valet about our car and he left the keys at the valet station. Not a very kid friendly hotel.

hotel near downtown

Pros: Location
Cons: Very noisy guests
Location: convenient to all downtown locations
I cannot understand why upscale hotels charge for Internet-makes no sense to pay another 15 a day to get a service that Super 8 gives for free!!

We do understand your comment about Internet and wanted you to know we follow Marriott standards so there is consistency within the brand. Currently Marriott does offer complimentary wifi to all of their rewards members. Again, it was great having you with us, and we hope you will return.
