This is a perfect location

This is a perfect location to be in the middle of Drum Corps International's Finals Week. Beautiful views of the city or the river. There is no bad room. The only disappoint was no mini fridge in some of the rooms. It would be nice to have ice machines on each floor. It would be nice to have a microwave on each floor. The only micro and ice are on the 2nd floor. This is a major inconvenience. Top notch facilities otherwise.

Room cleaning and Valet services need improvement

Pros: Room view was fabulous.
Cons: Room cleaning.
Location: There for an event.
Stayed for 3 nights. Each day we returned to room in late afternoon, room was not cleaned. Had to call front desk to make this happen. Also, went to retrieve our car from valet, waited over 20 minutes. Asked valet about our car and he left the keys at the valet station. Not a very kid friendly hotel.

hotel near downtown

Pros: Location
Cons: Very noisy guests
Location: convenient to all downtown locations
I cannot understand why upscale hotels charge for Internet-makes no sense to pay another 15 a day to get a service that Super 8 gives for free!!

Nice hotel downtown Indianapolis

Pros: Everything! It's beautiful, clean, and well managed.
Cons: It was hard to find a self parking spot.
Location: There are so many things to do near the hotel including museums, zoo, botanical garden, sporting events, shopping....
We could not be more pleased with our stay at the JW. Every expectation was met and then exceeded. The staff was friendly. The room was beautifully furnished and clean. The food was incredible!

Weekend trip.

Before departing on our trip I called the hotel and asked if they were able to store our bikes overnight inside. The lady who answered the phone said yes to our surprise. Upon arrival I asked the gentleman at check in to confirmed if we could store our bikes inside. He said yes no problem. That evening when we were done with our bikes we asked a bellman where we drop off our bikes. He said inside at the end of the check in counter. We were stopped by another bellman who said we no longer allow bikes in the storage room. We told him that two other employees had said differently. He said sorry they were not correct. My wife then went and asked the person at the concierge desk who was correct. She said the bike would be fine in the storage room and started filling out a claim ticket. The bellman walked over and told the concierge they were not storing the bike. The concierge called management and they said we could only put them in our room. Long story short we simply would have not brought our bikes if we were properly informed. The hotel should know it's own policy and stand behind what they tell guest. Customer service did not seem to be high on the list. The parking was also $43 per night self park. Very high for Indianapolis.

My experience was nice, I don't enjoy a lot of questions. After a full day of traveling I'd rather not indulge in routine and rehearsed small talk! But other than that I'd definitely stay there again.
