I paid a little extra for a king deluxe room hoping to get a decent room. The room was pretty small and the bedroom was directly connected to the hallway. It was just designed strangely to me. The view out the window was of the building nextdoor as well. It was still a very nice clean hotel.

Room was ok small refrigerator didn’t work they had to bring another one to our room but just set it on the floor and left the broken in the room and the room was hard to regulate the temp one minute cold the next to hot even with adjusting the thermostat

We stayed last night, I wanted to compliment the late night clerk who was super helpful and sweet and your amazing valet Clevis. Just a patient and kind man while we had our dogs bark a bit at him loading our luggage rack. He also helped us get everything to our car. Just top notch he deserves a raise. Awesome attitude. I like how pet friendly it was, super clean, convenient, beautiful, comfy beds, just an overall great stay. Would go here again!

Smelly and Outdated
They were doing construction in front of building. Window view was blocked by scaffolding. The carpet in the room was worn and smelly. The room was outdated and un comfortable. Payed 305.00 with the parking cost, was not worth the money. No comfort at all. Sould have stayed at the Hyatt!!!!!

Nice but could be better
Front desk, valet, bar service was excellent. Our room was not serviced while we were out for the day. Vanity is tiny for a couple and had the space to be bigger. No towel hooks. We don’t need fresh towels so give us someplace to hang them. Very noisy place with cars racing and crashing.

Adequate but not great.
The showers could use some fans to help keep steam down from the showers and overall it just feels a little dated and like some stuff needs repainted / refinished etc.

When I checked in I was thanked for being a hotel member and then she said "OH" you booked through Orbitz like that was going to change my experience. Which I feel it did. Upon checking in I was given a room next to the elevator (I could touch my front door and elevator at the same time), and my view was staring directly at a wall. The hotel was empty so I was confused as to why out of all the rooms available that was the one I received. Also, valet parking is $49, this is not NYC.

I give Le Meridien the HIGHEST marks, especially for the outstanding customer service extended by Ed, even though we arrived - finally - at 3am. Clean, charming, in close proximity to tons of restaurants, we’ll be making this our default hotel whenever we’re in Indy. Only drawback is that its downtown location means there is very little grass in which to walk our Goldendoodle. But, Ed directed us to the nearest availability and Neville was fine. Highly recommend!

This was an immaculate property, and we felt very safe there. We got a room with two king beds, and they were very comfortable. We had a late night snack in the hotel bar after a concert, and breakfast in the morning at the hotel restaurant. Both were great. Very easy walk to both athletic/concern venues. The "mall" that the hotel is connected to is not really of any interest -- but it's worth it to drive 20 minutes away to the Fashion Mall of Indianapolis -- it is FANTASTIC with many upscale shops.

Great location, excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Two nit picks, no vending/Ice, and great coffee but no half and half, just powdered creamer. But I asked the front desk for half and half and they quickly hooked me up!! So overall I would definitely stay there again!!!
