Everyone there was very friendly and helpful! We also like the fact that even though parking was steep, we had to have a key to access the Sheraton property., which was great for security purposes.

Air conditioning unit was out and had to change rooms in the middle on the night. Floor was not flat and hard to walk on. Carpet was worn out. $44.00 to park the hotel, when I was staying there was outrageous. I will never go back

Very well managed establishment. The breakfast service was outstanding. The restaurant manger, French accentedgentleman, was posh and attentive. I felt like it was important to him to give me exceptional service. I will definitely book the Sheraton next time I am in town.

Check in was diffixult. Arrived at 4, room was not ready until after 5 and check in was at 3. Overall the hotel is nice although a bit pricey. It is close to Mass Ave providing plenty of opportunity for food and dun.

Our stay for one night was fine. Some confusion upon checking in. My reservation couldn't be found for a while. Otherwise, it was fine, what you'd expect from a downtown hotel.
