Worked well for us...

Perfect location, clean and safe environment. Would highly recommend for mid-range priced motel in the Jacksonville downtown area.

Just not very updated... bed was not comfortable and not really that clean

Customer is not always right.

Pros: I was offered a map of the area after asking for one.
Cons: Customer service and all information included up front in advertising.
Location: Location was very good for the downtown area without having to be downtown. The skyway was nearby adn if you want a car, the rental place was close.
If all you want is a bed to sleep in for the night, then it works, but if you want someone to care go somewhere else. The staff attitude was short. Problems were not handled well. Laundry vending machines were not working, but no sign was put up so you lost your money (I wasn't the first person to tell them their machines were not working). They were willing to refund you, but not willing to give up a 1/2 cup of laundry soap. I was told to go next door to the gas station in the morning. I was told this as I looked past the women into their laundry room and watched them doing their laundry. It would have taken her under a minute to step through a door and share some of their soap. When I suggested this, I was told no, but they were sorry. I was willing to look past the fact that you get a kitchen in your room, but if you want something to eat with, you have to pay extra, and if you want something to cook it with you have to pay even more. Advertising should put the "extras" into the price. The grab and go breakfast was more a grab and go snack, so if you want breakfast, go out.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was nice. There is no ice machine.

Okay place to stay but no breakfast other than muffins and granola bars. At check-in, we were told that they screwed up and gave our rooms to someone else. Got small double beds after paying for a king in one room and queen size in another. No discount and didn't seem to care. If you book a room don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. Price was lower than other places so I know why now.

O.K. except for parking fees and slow internet.

The charge for parking is a little BS. The internet speed is painfully slow.
