Quiet accommodations.

The motel was very quiet. Room was small and very outdated. Did not compare with pictures of the motel on Internet. Available parking spaces limited. Exercise room was not available. Small room for breakfast.

Try to find something else.

Pros: The only thing likeable was the big screen TV.
Cons: The towels were worn out, the blankets for the bed were old and lumpy, the air conditioner was noisy, and the room in general was not comfortable.
Location: Location was good.
Could not wait for morning to come so we could get out of there.

Bugs??

Cons: MAybe bug lights???
Hundreds of mosquitos IN the room upon arrival at 3pm. Took awhile to kill them all. Cleaned up for a wedding (shower curtain broken) and when we returned that evening there were thousands of gnats and mosquitos hovering outside the room - haha! You see they have large shop-type fluorescent lights outside the four room porticos which were uncovered - an open invitation for bugs of all kinds. Fortunately we had a blanket in the car and we attempted to drive them away from the door so we could slip in. After killing the remaining ones inside the room we were able to sleep. On the positive side the staff was efficient and friendly and the motel is right by the main drag. Breakfast room was standard fare but clean.

Friendly staff. Breakfast is a plus, although not the best. Overall, it is a nice stay at its rate.

Maverick Motel

Pros: Convenient, and modest pricing.
Cons: Its okay.
Location: Brewery next door, if you are into that.
Pleasant place to stay, a bit dated but very nice and comfortable.

Need a staging location?

The Maverick hotel is a great value when all you want is a place to rest after a day if sight seeing. Clean comfortable rooms within walking distance to a variety of eateries.

A Place to Sleep

No frills hotel. Free breakfast with the usual food--cereal, yogurt cups, packaged danish, coffee, juice, etc. Train runs nearby tooting its horn might wake you. Klamath Brewery next door is a plus if you like microbrewed beer.

Expectations Met!

Looking for reasonable overnight accommodations while traveling to Central Oregon. Rooms are small but clean. The Maverick staff was a outstanding.

Good location

Pros: Great breakfast included. Price is right.
Cons: Band next door not quite so loud.
Location: Easy access to the rest of Klamath Falls.
This is my 4th time staying there. Great breakfast included. Spacious room. Friday & Saturday evenings the band nerxt door was loud, but they quit at a reasonable hour.
