Absurd house rules The first thing we met entering the house was a extensive list of absurd house 'tenant' rules: you have to leave the house as clean as you met it. Easy access to the home from main city roads. Theater and restaurants are close. Most importantly, Teresa is so awesome to communicate and work with. Looking forward to staying there again.
Mattress was way to hard and one side dipped other than that was quiet and clean.
This is my second stay at this home and it works perfect for the group of three guys that come down to Klamath falls. Three large bedrooms with nice beds - nice living room and dining area for us to eat and a large kitchen to fix our dinners and breakfast. Would recommend.
The staff was very nice. Rooms were acceptable for price. A little run down but it looks as though they are trying to improve the rooms. Room was clean.
The house was okay. We got a good deal and I would not have paid more than $160 for the House per night. HOWEVER, the biggest issue was the cleaning fee and deposit that was charged. I live 8 hours away from this house. I booked it in January and was not told until that morning (already on the road) ...
