Pros: The location was perfect!!
Cons: We would get a non-smoking room if we had a choice.
Location: Everything is in walking distance!!
It was a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful!!! Great place to stay to experience the Fremont Street shows!!!

Very clean room, comfortable bed, perfect!

Pros: Location
Cons: The hallways smelled a bit musty but the rooms smelled fresh.
Clean room, hallway was a little musty smelling but overall a great experience. Excellent value for your money. Would stay again!

Not what I had hoped for

Location: Was part of The Fremont Street Experience.
The room was small, but that's ok. It was noisy from street noise, but it was Fremont St. Check-in was terribly slow, one staff member at the desk. I had no control over the temperature of the room. All minor disappointments...

Old and stinky

Cons: Remodel
Location: Location was convenient but noisy as You could hear band on Fremont Street
I booked room on their website. they put us in a smoking room without telling us and it was disgusting, Bed had no blanket on it, heater didn’t work, room and bathroom was very very dated and smelt like extreme smoke. I didn’t realize until we came back at midnight and it was too late to do anything. When I Complained the next morning the gentleman at the counter did not seem to care.

Great Hotel

Pros: I liked the central location
Cons: Better HVAC system as the casino is heavy with smoke.
Location: Easy access to Freemont Experience.
Hotel is centrally located, the room was clean, the bed was oh so comfortable. Very affordable too.

Pros: I liked the free valet parking they were all so nice. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. The security was nice to see around as you walked through.
Location: There are so many things to do and see so the location is great to do so. Easy parking so you can walk and enjoy everything around. Easily accessible
The hotel was right off the light show area. So at times it could be a little noisy. The hotel staff was always a pleasure. But the waitress's at the Buffet Restaurant were not very attentive. At 3 different meals the waitress would not come back and check my drink to see if I needed another. I had to get their attention to get my 1st refill. Always I said please and thank you to all the staff and this I feel is something that needs to be corrected. No one should have to wait during their breakfast for a second cup of coffee or nor a drink at lunch/dinner for their first refill. The other staff at the Buffet Restaurant were a joy though.

Old dirty and cigarette smoke in my no smkg rm.

The entire floor smells like cigarette and the room overall is not in good shape. I requested a non smoking room, but the cigarette smoke travels through the air vent and I was not able to sleep. The bathroom is old and I found several hairs when showering. The faucet of the bathroom was clogged. It was not a good experience.

Our room was the size of a broom closet. Old, run down hotel. In need of updating. Will definitely stay somewhere else next time. If you are just looking for a place to sleep and shower this would be fine. The room was clean.

It was a good location because there was a lot to do and see outside of hotel. The tub seemed old and there were patches of linoleum scraped off and our room seemed stuffy until I turned the air on. I liked how there were shops downstairs where I could get snacks and take my baby for a walk. I also felt really secure, there was hotel security by the elevator of the lobby. There wasn't access to free WiFi and when I called front desk I got transferred to a different department and they couldn't answer my question of whether there was free WiFi or a password. When I tried to log in it told me it was 9.99 so that was inconvenient. Overall is was good but not great.
