a place to stay close to children's hospital

My main issue is with having to pay a deposit. When you pay for your stay in full. I do not agree with having to pay a deposit.

Nice hotel close to captial

Check in was super easy, rooms were spacious and inviting! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Only highlight, proximity to my meeting locations

This is unlike me to comment, but it was bad. I travel to LIT for work often and decided to try a new hotel closer to my typical meetings — never agian at this hotel! The rooms have small lights by the bed and a lamp on the desk so the room was very dark, TV didn’t work for 2 nights, staff decided to vacuum at 6A while guests were sleeping, maintenance knocked on my door at 8a (I didn’t call with a maintenance issue), the breakfast bar is horrible — not even a decent cup/lid for me to take my coffee (also only powereded creamer as an option, gross). I had to call the front desk to ask them to stop vacuuming and still wonder why maintenance decided to knock early, which leads me to the fundamentals of a comfortable hotel and knowledable staff is lacking!

Overbooked

I booked this room back in January and by the time I showed up I was told the hotel was they were over booked. I then had to go to La Quinta to stay. I will never book with Hotel Frederica again.

Really cool historic hotel

Really nice rooms and lobby. The restaurant is being redone, will be convenient to have it. Nice tub.

Wonderful Stay

This hotel was very accommodating and nice! I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is sill going through renovations so the dust is still settling so to speak, but that doesnt really interfere with the stay at all. The only somewhat negative thing is that the air conditioning unit in the room is very loud, but other than that it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again!
