Bait and switch

Cons: Facelift, new carpet, fresh paint,
Location: Close to downtown
The photos do not match the hotel. There was construction work going on. The hotel was old and needed a serious update and new carpet

Horrible

It is is located in a very creepy place. Homeless people were wandering around the parking lot. The hallways are so dirty. The room itself looks nothing like the pictures. I just really do appreciate the man at the front desk for accepting to issue me a refund.

Pros: LOCATION
Cons: CHECK THE MOUSE. CLEAN BETTER
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I GOT 2 ROOMS. THERE WAS MOUSE IN THE ROOM. THEY JUST REMOVED TO UPSTAIR FOR ONLY ONE ROOM. I HAD TO STAY ON SAME LEVEL NEXT DOOR ROOM. FIRST EXPERIENCE....MOUSE IN THE ROOM...DIRTY...

We enjoyed our room and the free breakfast! Parking is only $8 per night and it's only about 15-20 minutes back to the downtown area.

No face towels

This hotel needs to invest in face towels they never had any which was frustrating.

Never Again

The area alone is terrible. The parking structure was creepy. There were large white vans parked and arriving with sketch looking people. There’s only one person working the lobby; therefore, there was a wait for any type of assistance. The door to the room was jammed. I had to go downstairs twice until the staff went up there to help because he thought I didn’t know how to open it. He then realized it was jammed and used his full body weight to push the door open. The room was small. Toilet paper was by the sink, semi wet. Bed looked like they had just pulled/stretched the sheets back, without changing them. There was a weird smell in the room, which even the hotel staff noticed but simply made a face and said “oh, you can turn on the AC over there”. The bed was uncomfortable. I used the restroom and left to book elsewhere. I didn’t stay.

The staff was rude and unfriendly they would not answer the front desk phone and when they did they kept hanging the phone up on me.

Not as nice as the pictures make it appear.

1st room had nasty carpeting & bugs (silverfish) in the bathtub, not like in the pictures when we booked the room, they gave us another room with the wrong keys, changed rooms again to the room the keys were for, woke us up with call from front desk at 11:30pm on Saturday night about our credit card not on file, it was, sensor lights in room & bathroom came on every time we got out of bed or moved off the bed, could not change the lights settings, alarm outside came on 2 times on Saturday night for a solid 5 minutes, once at midnight, another time at 3 am. Other hotel guests came home around 1am, yelling & partying.

The area is dirty, the rooms in the first floor horrible. The rooms in the 3rd floor noisy. I won't stay there again.

Horrible

Room smelled like complete smoke - was disgusting - opened window and there was no screen which led to a terrace covered in crap -hotel phone did not work - carpet floors stained - the continental breakfast was terrible - I would never stay here again
