No restaurant in hotel (room service only) and very noisy people next door fron 12:30am to 3am, which of course the hotel staff could not control, but locked doors between rooms made soundproofing less efficient. Other than those things, my stay was good and the room and bed comfortable.

Stumbled upon this hotel while looking for a hotel near exposition park. I liked that it was within walking distance to my destination. Clean room and super friendly staff was a plus.

This was my first time in California and when I came to register the guy at the desk welcomed me. At first I was shocked seeing that I had booked with other hotels who's staff could careless. A simply gesture made a lifetime memory!!!

Pleasant stay. Staff at checkin was great but staff at check out did not acknowledge me waiting, so I had to bother them to tell them I was checking out. Rooms were nice, parking was convenient but should not be $40. No bathroom exhaust fan, drain stopper in bathroom was loose, but there was complimentary water and USC robes. I would definitely stay here again; really need to decrease parking fee of $40.

The building is very old, I did not like the room. The hotel lacks warmth & coziness. I arrived early & was told to sit & wait for my room to be ready, I waited the 30 minutes and at 3pm no or bother to approach me that the room was ready. The front desk service is not the best

The property is simply outdated, carpets have a smell, the furniture is very old and bathroom was clean but you can tell the by the grout and walls the hotel needs a major renovation. You're paying for the convenience of the location.

It's right across the street from USC and most likely the reason you are staying here is for USC. Embrace the Trojan ambiance and the Starbucks on the corner. We stayed 2 nights while we were touring the college and then having fun in LA. It's a great central spot. 30-45 to everywhere that was important to us. Secure parking. Decently priced rooms that were clean. Our only wish was that the breakfast had more choices. It's more like a continental breakfast than an actual buffet or sit down. There were a couple food spots right next door which was helpful and of course University Village has anything else you may need. This is now our go to spot for SC visits. FIGHT ON!

The hotel location was convenient, however the additional cost of $40 per night parking and the $25 per person basic breakfast was a bit much! The room was fine; however, the bathroom was tiny! Also, the hot tub could use some work. Overall it was an ok stay.

The property is very old although the lobby looked a bit modern. Shower and ceiling was peeling, bathtub was discolored, room had a bad order, and windows would not crack open to help with the smell. Staff was not very accommodation or friendly. They just did the bare minimum to get everyone checked in. It was convenient for Lakers game or USC game, but I would never stay there again.

Chose it because it is next to USC and convenience is it’s best feature. No onsite coffee available and onsite buffet breakfast is unappealing at 25-30 per person. Take an Uber and head for Jacks and Joe. Some USC students staying at the property wandering around barefoot and shirtless gave it an authentic and undesired frat vibe as a paying parent.
