Pros: bed is comfortable
Cons: provide slipper
It took a long wait for elevator. The room doesn't have slipper.

Great location and clean location

Pros: Close to Staple Center and Microsoft Theater
Cons: PARKING. QUIT GOUGING YOUR CUSTOMERS
Location: Staple Center, Microsoft Theater, restaurants galore
"Smart Elevators" were really neat and efficient. Room view of the high rise building next to use- not so great. Would've been nice if the parking would have been complimentary (for the price of the stay I paid) instead of the $45 per day fee.

More training needed

Hotel front desk needs more training. Not up to par with other similar hotels in the same area.

Place is excellent. Nice hotel that's near everything. Great staff, I highly recommend to anyone visiting LA.

Overnight getaway

We were pleased with our stay. However, there were three issues we had: 1. The parking situation-The only 2 options are Valet parking for $42 or Parking next door at The Bloc- $32.00. 2. The hallway traffic and noise on the 3rd floor. The outdoor patio/courtyard is on this floor so there was alot of foot traffic. 3. The elevators take forever and are a bit confusing. Overall, We loved the room. The decor is contemporary and very clean. The king size bad was perfect. The issues I listed were not deal breakers and we would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is good but I did not like it that I have to pay additional $$ for WiFi when Starbucks and McDonald's provide it for free to their customers.

Over priced?

It was a very nice hotel. Kinda pricey. Wifi & parking should have been included also breakfast but it wasn't. We paid over $500 for a 2 night stay & all we did was slept in the room & parked. A little outrageous if I'm being honest.
