So easy and relax ...L.A live reataurants, concerts nice people
Barbara was anything but nice! She was real rude. Rooms are out dated nothing like pictures show. Payed over $500 for 2 nights and beds were so hard. Location is good but don’t spend your money here plenty of hotels near by. They charge you for every little thing they can.
Love everything about this property. Only issue is the street noise. Gorgeous, clean and close to everything.
We quickly noticed the cigarette smell in our room and hotel staff had someone come by and spray a chemical. But every time we came back it smelled so it was disappointing to pay so much and have to deal with that for two nights. Maybe we just had bad luck.
I needed to be in Los Angeles for work for 24 hours. This hotel was exceptional - some of the best food, a comfortable stay and I was able to squeeze in a facial and a steam room. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Nice hotel, good location, quiet room, room floors could of been cleaner found long hair in bathroom and on carpet.
Exceptional decor, wonderful food, attentive and friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. Atmosphere of sn English Club at a reasonable price. Room decor is a bit dark, but there are lamps. Can’t wait to return!:)
WP 24 may rank as one of the worst hotel restaurants in the country I have eaten at. Have eaten there a few times each year on business travel to LA as its very convenient in the hotel. The food has gotten worse and worse over time, gloppy, tasteless chinese food at extraordinary high prices. A Motel ...
Clean, comfortable, well-maintained home.
The check-in process needs some refinement. Despite confirming an estimated arrival time, had to wait 45 minutes for a rep to greet and provide access. Great location. Parking included.
Spent three nights here In February. Great location. Restaurants and grocery store are all within a two minute walk. This apartment is very well furnished and has everything you will need for your stay. The views at night are just amazing. We arrived later in the evening and Lynn was there to greet ...
Loved the apartment and location not enough linen and no dish towels. Had to wait to check in due to some miscommunication but overall loved it
Cool vibe and awesome decor. Great bar and restaurant. Amazing staff! Only potential negative would be very small room and had to crawl over my husband to get in and out of bed. Weird shelf in shower that couldn’t hold even my razor and everything kept falling off of it. But would definitely ...
the stay was good although something needs to be done with the smell from the sewer system
The location was awesome, the look and feel of the hotel was great! The room size was wonderful and the bathrooms were so pleasing to the eye! The staff wasn’t all that, but we weren’t dealing with them a lot anyway.
We were staying 1 night for Book Festival at USC. Right across the street. We arrived early 11:30am but we were able to check in 4 hours early, thank you.
Not really a hotel downtown LA apartment nice location needed updates (carpet, bathrooms, kitchen all old and showed wear).
