Always perfect

Pros: Atmosphere
Cons: Nothing
Location: In the heart of Louisville. Easy access to everything
We have stayed at 21 C many times, and it is always perfect!

Nice hotel close to almost everything

Pros: The art, and high quality room and services!
Cons: Loved everything
Location: Louisville, came to town on bourbon trail, but also visited other museums in the area.
We loved our stay, the room was great! The experience of staying in a hotel-museum was amazing!

Mini bar didn't work had to call Tv reception or picture so fuzzy could enjoy tv Second night tech guy after 30 minutes in the room said could not fix would bring a new tv next day. Next no new Tv first she said they thought I was checking out then they said they didn't have another Tv moved next door for remaining night

Beautiful and different

This hotel isnt like any other one we haver ever experienced. I traveled with my family from Miami to Kentucky evacuating from hurricane irma. After driving for 36 hours due to very heavy traffic is was very nice to rest in possibly the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. The room was beautiful, clean and sophisticated. The hotel is decorated with exquisite pieces of art - some which are inappropriate for children. what my husband and i did was we would peek in the gallery first, and decide wether it was something we wanted our kids to see or not, it really was not a big deal. The place is stunning, breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming at all times. I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience comfort and a little excitement!

Great Hotel! Unique!

Pros: Fantastic design and museum.
Cons: Parking should be cheaper.
Location: Most of the attraction type things around here close early. Neat streetscape though. River area is lacking.
I really enjoyed this hotel and it's exhibits. They were actually better than I expected and I liked that they were all different media. A little bit on the pricier side, but since they were giving me more than the norm I felt it was worth it. Parking could have been a little better priced. But overall really cool design and exhibits.

Overpriced and Disappointing!

Pros: The restaurant was excellent and the staff there were wonderful. Some of the hotel staff the next day were helpful and the art was nice.
Cons: Lower prices and better service.
Location: Location was downtown, close to the river.
The room was small without any view, beds were not comfortable, some staff were unhelpful, one was rude. When we requested a toothbrush for my companion, we were told they didn't have any, but we could walk in the rain at night to a CVS (which we could not find the next day). Also, when we requested more than the 2 coffee single pods for the in room machine, they did not have any of those either. We paid too much for this room and will not return. The 21C in my city has more interesting art and lower room rates, but the restaurant is not as good as the one in Louisville.

Great expectations

I expected a better gym and pay per view movies. I expected a fridge in the room. Signs to the ice machines would be nice. Staff was great.
