Very nice hotel. Was not happy that because we booked through Expedia we had to park our car down the street at a parking garage. Luckily this trip I was not traveling alone and arrived before dark. I suggest you reconsider this policy as I travel a lot for business and find this a very unsafe policy.

Close to attractions, great for ironman racers.

Pros: plenty of space, friendly staff, nice pool
Location: walking distance to fourth street live, slugger museum, waterfront park
Stayed for Ironman Louisville, perfect location to restaurants and waterfront. On the edge of all the main attractions of downtown, after dark the area can get a little sketchy if walking in the wrong direction.

Not what I reserved

I booked a suite with a king size bed and sofa bed months in advance. When I checked in and went to my room I was stuck in a smaller room with 1 queen size bed and a single chair, no pull out bed. I complained to the staff that I was given a room that wasn't at all what I booked 5 months ago and they insisted I was in the correct room. After several trips back and forth from the front desk to my room and being told over and over again that all their rooms are the same with just different bed sizes... I finally had to take separate pictures of my room and my brothers room to prove the staff wrong. Eventually after about an hour they offered a discount. Unfortunately my brother also encountered billing issues so while the hotel itself is pretty nice, their computer system is not reliable at all. Will not be returning again next year.

Over all nice, clean and comfortable, however I bad a problem with billing and front desk. I had a card hold for 3 days but then they told me my reservation was only for 2 days. They never cleaned my room on the 2nd day and did a 2nd hard hold for the 3rd day. I had over 1k tied up in card holds due to their error.

Good location, terrible staff, lied about shuttle

Specifically picked this hotel for shuttle that they told me they had, I called ahead. We were told no shuttle, sorry. No compensation. Couldn't check in until 30 min late. Rude front desk staff, other staff was nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast isn't very good. Ice machines on 3/8 floors and one was out of service. Good location

Pros: Clean, and convenient
Location: Just a few blocks from bars and restaurants.
Very clean, and newly renovated, with a friendly staff. It looks like they are trying a different style of room layout. Instead of entering next to the bathroom, as is pretty standard, these rooms enter into a seating area and the bathroom has been divided into two smaller rooms along the side of the space (shower/vanity room, and a toilet/tiny sink room.) While this was interesting, the bathrooms lacked the privacy of the older design. They also used sliding doors with diffused glass inserts, which put a lot of light in the bedroom while using the bathroom during the night. All that aside, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet (mid-corridor, two rooms from ice machine...we never heard it.) We'll be back : )

Nice modern hotel in downtown right near the hospitals. Free breakfast was amazing. Nice pool.

Beautiful rooms. Close to downtown. We went for a doctors appointment and were less than 5 mins from the hospital.
