We were looking for a hotel close to the FedEx area for our first Memphis Grizzlies basketball game. We had no idea it would literally be across the street. The staff and cleanliness were great as well!

You are treated differently if you book through an online travel site. I was confirmed into a room with a king sized bed and when I checked in, they indicated that I had not requested a king sized bed and they only had double beds available. However, they did place my husband and me into a room with a queen sized bed....... oh was that a mistake. It was the tinyest room ever. We were able to move the next day, once I found my confirmation and they had cleared out some of their rooms. They indicated to me, that their guests who book directly with the Peabody had preference over the rooms and they came first. ........ hmmmmm

Awesome hotel. Erlene and Tasha at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful with tips on restaurants and attractions. Room itself had a great view of the Mississippi River, bridge and pyramid. Beds were comfy. Room was spacious. Just around the corner from Main Strret where you could catch the trolley. Would highly recommend staying here

I booked the Springhill Suites because it was downtown, had room for 5 and breakfast. WiFi was also included. We had a very good time and look forward to returning to Memphis one day. We will definitely stay at the Springhill Suites.
