Awesome staff. The roof top patio was a breath of fresh air. Nice rooms and the food in the restuarant was also very good. Close to restuarants and the water. The only downside was there was no pool or hot tub facilities.

"Nice location close to things that can walk to. "
The hotel is in a nice location, can easily walk to many places nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, but small. There happened to be construction going on around the hotel area and early our first morning the equipment was started up just outside our window, so an early rise that morning. Other then that a nice place and would recommend it to others.

We stayed for a couple of days at the start of our US roadtrip. We had a nice view of the river and the room was comfortable. The staff were good and the location was good. The breakfast was average but I found that in most US hotels. We enjoyed Memphis. You need about 4 days and be mindful of the days some of the key attractions are closed.

Everything was really pretty nice. Cost was expensive for a leisure trip. I could see it more as a place to stay on a business trip. We couldn't figure out if the valet guy worked at the hotel or was someone stealing our car. The room was very nice.
