Great place to stay with comfy beds after being out and about all day or night. Staff also spoke English which was very helpful for us non-Spanish speaking people. They were all patient and lovely. We had one night that the housekeepers were a little noisy in the hall but 1 out of 5 days is not bad ...
This is a nice hotel in the heart of Mexico City, it’s safe and everything is within walking distance “Centro historico”, Alameda Central, Bellas Artes, restaurants, nightclubs, bus tours, etc.
Great place to stay either for family or business. The hotel is very clean, room facilities are the best, great coffee machine which is easy to make two different cups in parallel - one decaf and one regular, as my wife and I needed. Very good wifi, needed to sign in only once and it worked well ...
Hotel is centrally located. staff is excellent and the rooms are newly renovated. Great and reasonable room service. this is clearly a place I would stay again next time I go to Mexico City.
there was construction near by which caused a gross smell. The street to get to the hotel was also closed due to the construction, which made it a little inconvenient when ubering to and from the hotel. Overall the staff was really friendly
centrally located to many museums within walking distance. Room was a tad small for two (no sitting area) but otherwise very nice
Very basic hotel rooms, a little come to less. We had to ask for a change of room, because the firt one had a very noice a/c, and the second one was missing a curtain. Beds a bit hard, and every day we had to ask for an extra hotel (even though the reservation was for three people and you pay for ...
Great location near the Palacio de Bellas Artes and just a few more blocks from the Zocalo. It is also easy walking distance from the Juarez metro stop. Room was small but modern, comfortable and very clean. Good breakfast buffet. Staff very pleasant and responsive. My room did not face the street, ...
The staff at the front desk was not very friendly nor helpful. They never told me I had to insert the room card into a wall connector for power to be turned on, and as a result I told them we didn't have power. They gave me another room rather than correct the problem. The new room they try tried ...
Ok hotel. Close to museums metro and restaurant. Clean but needs some maintenance. Its fine if you dont want anything special.
WE had to change rooms 2 times due to rooms problems but the staff were pretty good to accomodate us
