Great Customer Service, Great Location

Pros: Convenience to shopping, food and transportation. Friendly staff and accommodation. Guest Laundry Room.
Cons: Fridge and Microwave should be complimentary to all rooms. Breakfast should include some aspect of seafood for those who don't eat meat.
Location: Good nearby transport hub, restaurants and shopping.
Friendly Staff, Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and location was perfect for restaurants and transportation. Main rail and ground transport located only two minutes away and hotel staff would print directions to any location you wanted to go. Good choice, affordable price.

Small room for a Hampton

Pros: Location, staff.
Cons: There's a lot of options in this area and to be competitive they need to reduce prices or improve facilities.
Location: Brickell is the business heart of Miami. Full of good restaurants, bars and close to the sea.
For a Hampton this hotel was the most expensive and it has the smaller room. Not complains about the location, staff and services.

Pros: Pleasant, professional staff; comfortable bed; good breakfast; proximity to metro rail
Cons: A few Gluten free inclusions on the breakfast menu
Had a short stay at this hotel for a conference. It has very good meeting room facilities, professional staff and the accommodations met my expectations.

Awesome Hotel

Cons: nothing
Location: shops and restaurant
Keep up the good work! This place was awesome and the downtown views from our room was phenomenal. Staff was very courteous and attentive.

Hotel downtown Miami

Good hotel in downtown Miami. Lots of restaurants around. Parking not included. Good for business travels or holidays.

Front desk manager was rude and not helpful. Used to stay at this hotel for every stay, not any more. Very disappointing.

Beautiful Hotel

We needed a hotel for an overnight stay before our cruise. What a fantastic surprise to find such a beautiful hotel right in the center of Miami. The hotel was up to date, clean, and modern. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was also close to many restaurants as well. I would stay here again for sure.

I was a regular at the hotel, usually travel to Miami for business and stay 1-2 nights a week. Front desk manager was super rude as I checking in, room was dirty, got chatged teice for parking and only stayed one night and food quality dropped a bit. Time to switch!
