Awesome Hotel

Cons: nothing
Location: shops and restaurant
Keep up the good work! This place was awesome and the downtown views from our room was phenomenal. Staff was very courteous and attentive.

Hotel downtown Miami

Good hotel in downtown Miami. Lots of restaurants around. Parking not included. Good for business travels or holidays.

Front desk manager was rude and not helpful. Used to stay at this hotel for every stay, not any more. Very disappointing.

Beautiful Hotel

We needed a hotel for an overnight stay before our cruise. What a fantastic surprise to find such a beautiful hotel right in the center of Miami. The hotel was up to date, clean, and modern. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was also close to many restaurants as well. I would stay here again for sure.

I was a regular at the hotel, usually travel to Miami for business and stay 1-2 nights a week. Front desk manager was super rude as I checking in, room was dirty, got chatged teice for parking and only stayed one night and food quality dropped a bit. Time to switch!

This was my second stay at this hotel. They delivered same great level of service as before. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

I loved every minute on this day besides I wish the hotel had a mini fridge on the room but anyway it was a really nice hotel and I would recommend this to any of my friends or family

Very clean and comfortable

I stayed here with my older son, my two younger children, and granddaughter. We all stayed in one room which had two queen-sized beds with white down comforters and a pull out sofa bed. The room was big enough for all of u and really comfortable. They provided two bottles of water and chips, daily. The complementary breakfast was delicious and there was an excellent variety including eggs, waffles (you make them yourself), assorted breads and muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, juices and coffee. The kids loved that the pool was open 24 hours so when we arrived at the hotel every night we all went to the pool and stayed there for a couple of hours where towels were provided. We were also pleasantly surprised when we checked in the hotel and were given complimentary tickets for drinks by the pool. We rented a car in Miami and parked in the hotel for $22/day. I liked that the hotel was quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Miami Beach yet close enough (by car) to go there. I would stay there again on another visit.
