OK hotel, near Miami Cruise port

Posted Nov 21, 2017
The hotel was ok, nothing special. Close to Port with food across the street. If you are looking for something cheaper near the port, this would work.

Close to cruise port & shopping

Posted Nov 19, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms, though clean, are a bit dated. Mattresses are not particularly comfortable.
Location: Loved having the nicer shops and restaurants just across the street.
This hotel is ideal for people departing on cruises as it's so close. Further, there is a great shopping area with nicer stores, bars and restaurants just across the street. Reasonably priced. It's a little dated but for short stays, it's good.

Good location, very bad wifi. They gave us a wrong information regarding the parking fee!

Hotel close to port and Marketplace

Posted Nov 12, 2017
Pros: See above comment
Cons: See above comment
Location: See above comment
My 2 friends and I stayed for a night before our cruise and a night after the cruise. The two rooms were so very different it is hard to think that it was the same hotel. The first room was very small and poky with 2 beds and not much room to move around. One friend has a walker and we had a bit more room when we stored it in the closet. The view was of a hotel next door with bricked up windows that a crew were working on. We weren't overly upset about this view as of course it is not too long since Hurricane Irma. The rooms were clean and the second room was nice and bright. The second room was much bigger with a great view out over the street and Marketplace. We had a lovely buffet breakfast downstairs in the dining room. The staff were very pleasant during both visits and went out of their way to be helpful. They stored our luggage on each occasion, before and after our cruise. The pool was a nice temperature even though it was in a lot of shade due to being surrounded by many other tall buildings. The Marketplace across the road was a great place to walk to and we had breakfast the first morning overlooking the water which was lovely and relaxing.

Don't eat breakfast here

Posted Nov 7, 2017
Pros: Close to the Port
Cons: The food
Location: The Market across the street was fun with lots of shopping and restaurants
Hotel is so so but breakfast buffet was limited food selection and the food was cold at a cost of $17 each. I would rather have gone to McDonald's down the street. Very disappointing.

One night for a cruise

Posted Nov 5, 2017
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: For 220 for the night free shuttle service would seem a must
Location: Located across from the out door per is a excellent opportunity to see miami
The hotel look out dated also construction to one of the elevators left costumes to walk down the stairs to a back entrance which was unsecured also this hotel offered no shuttle service to the cruise ships also there was no offical waiting lines for cabs

Before we cruise.

Stayed one night before our cruise. Location and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone. A little bit pricey but we'll worth it.
