Great location just before or after a cruise. Very close to the port. But the highlight is the Bayside Marketplace just across the street. All kinds of restaurants and shops. A great strolling place right on the bay. You can look at boats or just enjoy refreshments next to the water while you listen to live Latin music at the stage and watch Miamians dance. I went with my mom this time and we really enjoyed our afternoon/evening there. They serve breakfast too.

Poor WiFi and cable connection. There was no mini fridge.

the restaurant staff was terrible. we were going to walk out when he came with our order. took 20 minutes to get 2 cups of tea & had to ask 3 times for milk & a slice of pie. The toilet didn't flush very well as well as being very close to the floor. The sink wouldn't hold water & the shower water was freezing even at the hottest setting. Had a very hard time setting the air as well. Either we were freezing or very hot, as well as the vent blowing right onto the bed

Mum hurt herself the day before on a cruise. She banged up her knee & couldn't walk very well or far. No wheelchairs to use at the hotel or at Bayside Market. Had to stay in the hotel all day long. Restaurant was also closed for Lunch time. The toilet seats are so low that you are almost on the floor. The bedding was very comfy though
