Nice hotel

Pros: close to cruise port
Cons: The pillows were very uncomfortable and there were only 2 on the bed; it took two to feel like one so one of us would have had to go without one
Location: great location; close to Port of Miami, some shopping, restaurants
I was very please with our stay here at the Hyatt Regency overall. I would stay here again!

Can't beat the location...heart of the town, good food, entertainment and access. Great breakfast in the hotel, awesome staff, professional and helpful! Love to come back here

Needs major renovations .. very old looking rooms ESP for such a nice area. Pictures on website are much nicer than actual hotel.

Nice hotel but don’t expect any sleep

Hotel is under construction and the lobby was full of dust you could hardly breath. I was trying to eat dinner and the dust was all over the tables. OSHA would not be happy with their dust Control. None of the staff seemed to mind they just kept wiping it up like this happens all the time. The noise from the jackhammers were so loud you could hear them in your room. I was not able to sleep. I was relying on the coffee bar to open at 6am to get breakfast before leaving. I stood around waiting and they never opened. I was told by the staff that they were on their way just to find out that they closed the night before for construction. I was unable to have breakfast before a very large test that I was taking on site. If I would have known I would have made other arrangements. I asked the staff the night before and they said we will be opening at 6am. Everything seemed so disorganized.

Room smel bad Expedia take out my free breakfast

Room smel bad. I have to ask for a new room Expedia take out my free breakfast. After my reservation wash make extra 45 solar for parking my car in the hotel facility long time waiting for my reservation confirmation number about 45 mn.
