Watch your credit card statement

Pros: Nice view.
Cons: Slow check in service, slow check out service. Only one serving of coffee in the room (for a 4 person room).
They charged my credit card $6 several days after my stay for the bottled water in my room. We absolutely did not drink or take the water. They said they would credit the charge back when I called about it, but of course they never did. I am not pursuing it further for a measly $6, but it is offensive in principle.

friendly staff and comfortable room. but the check-in and out line is a little longer. overall great, and recommend to live there if you want a fancy vacation in Miami downtown.

Convenient

Having just disembarked from a cruise it was very appreciated that they had a room ready for us early. Was very convenient location also.

Hotel dated, no hot water for morning shower. We found hair in our rooms, check out was very slow, staff was just ok

Nice hotel for a short stay. We only stayed one night but it was great. Food was amazing. Best ribs I think I have ever had.

Staff was very helpful, but the room was abit old and outdated. Carpet was wet in some areas, dust was on the tv stand and bedside tables. Air conditioner was very noisy.

The Hyatt Regency in Miami has great location, however it is old and rooms need to renovated.
