The hotel was very nice, except for the construction vehicles that were park in the front. It made it difficult to get to the self parking, which in itself was difficult to find.

we arrived later than expected due to delayed flight. We were able to have dinner in the pub and the food was delicious and generous portions. The bed was great and the buffet breakfast offered many choices. The conceirge was helpful with various issues, including luggage storage and arranging transportation to the cruise ship port.

Decent hotel, good location

the hotel was decent, the shower was not that clean, and beds were not very comfortable. Location was very convenient.

We arrived a couple hours before check in and the front desk attendant tried to offer us a room but we decided to be put on a wait list because we wanted a room facing the water (which just ended up being the same time as checkin). We later found out that the original room offered was on a noisy floor and there have been noise complaints before. I found it a little discerning that she failed to mention that initially. Once we did get our room though the attendants and hotel staff were very responsive to our needs. Overall I would stay there again but just make sure you clarify what they are offering you.

Pros: service/ welcome desk associates. beautiful atmosphere too
Cons: inform about elevators...using key cards
very pleasant. clean establishment. great views. good food. welcome center was very helpful with finding restaurants and helping with transportation issues.

Nice hotel very clean and professional.

Front desk staff are more then helpful. came from a hotel with less then expected rooms and staff and was telling my experience to front desk and she upgraded my room for the inconvenience that had nothing to do with her. Very kind gesture. Rooms are very clean and beautiful view. Valet treat you very well also. All around wonderful experience and will definitely be booking with the Hyatt anywhere going forward.

Many of the elevators were not functional during Labor Day weekend? We waited > 15 min for and elevator to the 22nd floor. They ended up using the staff and freight elevators for guest. Too bad, because the hotel and staff are nice.
