Nice hotel close to the port of Miami

Amazing complimentary champagne at check-in, as you walk through the door it smells like heaven. On vacation for carnival cruise.

I stayed at ME because I have had outstanding experiences in other locations However ME Miami is disappointing at the moment.There's no restaurant, to get a coffee in the morning is almost impossible and packs of personnel makes the service non existent. I will not recommend it

Great service! They welcome you with champagne st check in! Beautiful rooms and within walking distance from American Airlines Arena

The room was very nice and staff was very helpful. It's right downtown and convenient to a lot of businesses. It's in an eye shot of American Airlines Arena. I will definitely be staying there again

Misses the mark in many ways

Trying too hard to be hip. Very dark check in area and elevator lobby. Lobby Decor borders on pornogrophy. The rooms on one side are very noisy. When we asked to be moved to a more quiet room, we went to lobby to pick up keys to look at room and were told that we were now locked out of old room! Had to wait 10 minutes for the only bellman to come and let us back in to old room to collect belongings! New room was more quiet, but the bathroom was weird, I.e. No door, just a thin see thru curtain, the toilet and bidet were in a separate area with a see thru door/wall, the shower was separate from bathtub and created a slip hazard as there was only a small glass wall between it and vanity/tub area. The nespresso machine was nice BUT the cups provided didn't fit (waayy too tall) under the spigot so it was difficult to make a cup of coffee. These and so many more little details tell me that these folks have no clue how to run a hotel.

Nice hotel close to the American Airlines Arena

Pros: The room was a very good size and extremely comfortable
Cons: The corridors are like a maze, with nothing on the walls
Location: This hotel is close to the American Airlines Arena, allowing for a short walk if planning to see a concert
Friendly staff. Topped off with a perfect welcome drink of Moet :). The room was very modern and comfortable
