Not a relaxing hotel like it looked!

First off, the hotel was in okay shape. The room seemed to show signs of age, but it was clean. The staff was great and very eager to help with anything. We had a room overlooking the pool. At 1 in the morning there was a group of people partying very loud. This went on for about an hour. We had to leave about 5:30 in the morning to head to the airport. There were at least a half dozen people walking right up to the car asking for money within a half block of the hotel. This did not seem to be a great part of town. Overall, the hotel was okay but I wouldn’t stay in that area again...especially for the price I paid!

Excellent services, great amenities. One of the best experiences in Miami. Hotel is super clean. The staff is amazin. I higly recommend it. The rooms and general decoration are incredible well designed. We spent two nights, just to check out the city before flying to europe and we were amazed for the nightlife. The views of the hotels like a futuristic movie

"Resort fee"

They charged me a "Resort Fee" at the end of my stay that was not disclosed at my arrival. Very disappointing since the rate that I reserved was supposed to be all I was going to pay at the hotel.

This hotel is not 5 star and should not be in the same catagory as hotels like St Regis and four seasons. I was not impressed.

The hotel with THE comfiest beds doesn’t disappoin

The staff was helpful from the minute I️ got out of my Uber. Check in was simple and the gentleman who checked me in set me up with a city view upgrade and a bathtub, two things I️ did not realize how much I️ would appreciate after a long day in the city! As always with Melia hotels, the room was clean and beautiful, and above all else the bed was PERFECT. Highly recommend staying here. I️ seek out Melia hotels everywhere I️ travel and this just convinced me to keep doing so.

Classy hotel near downtown

The welcome was more than warm, staff helpful and friendly even in such a classy hotel. Room (vibe) very elegant with a stunning view on towards Miami Beach: with the night lights is superb. Recommended!

Nice hotel close to the port of Miami

Amazing complimentary champagne at check-in, as you walk through the door it smells like heaven. On vacation for carnival cruise.

I stayed at ME because I have had outstanding experiences in other locations However ME Miami is disappointing at the moment.There's no restaurant, to get a coffee in the morning is almost impossible and packs of personnel makes the service non existent. I will not recommend it
